MEET OUR TEAM

Jessie, daughter of Chuck and Mary Alice, graduated from South Forsyth High School in 2004 and Georgia Tech in 2008.  With a degree in Industrial Engineering, she began her career teaching high school math in Huntersville, NC.  Jessie joined the agency in 2022 and manages the day to day operations as well as being a personal lines agent.  Jessie and her husband, Tim, have two boys who are avid soccer players, and live in the Atlanta area.  She loves connecting with our customers, both new and old, and communicating the value of having a relationship with an independent agent.

Charlie graduated South Forsyth High School in 2001 and Florida Gulf Coast University in 2006. While in high school and college in Fort Myers, FL, Charlie worked in the boat business for several operations including Marine Max where he earned many awards. Charlie joined the agency in 2007, where he specialized in Personal and Business Insurance of all types, including the marine industry, pleasure boats and yachts. He received a 100 Ton US Coast Guard Captain's license and was active in the boating community and the Lake Lanier Association.  In February 2023, Charlie lost a 2-year battle with colon cancer.  Although Charlie's life was cut short, the impact he had on those around him will live on.

Tim, married to Jessie and son-in-law to Chuck and Mary Alice, graduated from South Forsyth High School in 2003 and Georgia Tech in 2008 with a degree in Industrial Engineering.  He spent his first career in the financial services industry at Wells Fargo in process improvement, analytics, and technology product management.  He joined the agency in 2025, and works primarily with our new customers across all product lines as well as agency administration and finance.
